Hospitality & FF&E
Whether you are a local Saudi hotel operator importing supplies, or a foreign DDP supplier executing a Mega-Project, we are your boots on the ground. We handle your SABER registration and certification end to end, clear your cargo at the port, and provide clean, secure staging warehousing before final site delivery.

Warehousing for Hospitality & FF&E in Riyadh
Dry, ambient storage at our warehouse in the Al Sulay industrial district of Riyadh: receiving and inspection, pallet or floor storage, handling, and scheduled dispatch to your stores, sites or customers across the Kingdom.
How it works
01Receive & Inspect
Container arrives seal-intact. We photograph the seal, open under inspection, and check contents line by line against your packing list before anything moves.
02Hold & Track
Every item labeled, located, and logged in our inventory system — palletized storage for standard pieces, bulk floor space for oversized FF&E, caged high-security zones for high-value fixtures.
03Phased Release
You tell us which floor, zone, or room is ready — we release exactly that stock, repalletized and wrapped for final-mile delivery, not a container's worth at once.
Frequently Asked Questions
QDoes FF&E need cold-chain or special certification?
FF&E is dry, non-hazardous cargo, so our existing warehouse, inspection licence (ISIC 522915) and security standard already cover it, and you pay only for the capability you use.
QCan you release stock by floor or zone instead of all at once?
Yes — that's the core of the model. You tell us which floor or zone is ready, and we release exactly that stock, repalletized for final-mile delivery.
QWhere does hospitality FF&E typically ship from?
Mainly Turkey (furniture, carpets, and textiles — our own container-consolidation track) and China (high-volume manufacturing, with a Mandarin-language service track).
QHow do you handle high-value fixtures?
In caged, high-security storage zones separate from standard palletized stock, tracked individually in our inventory system.
