What we collect
When you submit a quotation request (RFQ) or contact us, we collect: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the shipment details you enter yourself — such as cargo type, ports, container count and Incoterms.
We also collect basic usage data through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: which pages you visited, where you arrived from, and your device type. This is statistical and is not used to identify you personally.
We do not request or store payment card details. No payment is taken through this website.
Why we use it
To prepare your quotation and respond to your enquiry, to carry out your shipment if you engage us, and to contact you about your request.
We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing purposes with anyone.
Who we share it with
Only as far as is necessary to move your cargo: shipping lines and transport operators, customs brokers, and our agents at origin.
And where legally required: competent government authorities such as Saudi Customs.
How long we keep it
We retain quotation and shipment records for the period required by Saudi commercial and tax regulations, then dispose of what is no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is processed.
