Holding Project Cargo for 3–6 Months
Holding Cargo Pending Site Readiness: Hotel fit-outs and finishing materials often arrive 3 to 6 months before the construction site is ready to receive them. We receive the containers and store the cargo securely in our Al Sulay warehouse, keeping it out of congested construction zones until the precise moment it is needed.
Strict Grouping: Hotel → Floor → Room Type
Strict Grouping and Classification: We sort and consolidate project cargo according to precise delivery requirements (e.g., grouping by hotel, then by floor, then by room type).
Programmed Release to Site & PoD Photography
Staged Release: Cargo is dispatched based on the client's work schedule and delivery request (e.g., 'We need furniture for floors 1 to 3 on Tuesday'). We prepare a pick list for every release order and issue evidentiary photos for Proof of Delivery (PoD).
Strictly Non-Sensitive Storage
Dry storage environment: ambient temperature dry storage. We do not hold Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) licenses, so we cannot store food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or medical products. We do not provide cold or frozen storage.
