Some furniture items fall under SASO technical regulations and need a product certificate (PCoC) and a shipment certificate (SCoC) through SABER; we confirm by HS code before shipping.
QHow is oversized or fragile furniture handled?
It is received and checked at our Al Sulay warehouse in Riyadh, stored on pallets or floor space, and re-wrapped before final delivery.
QCan you hold stock and deliver to stores in batches?
