Warehousing QuoteFrequently asked questions
Can you palletise loose cartons when they arrive?+
Yes. We receive loose cartons and handle the palletising, sorting and stretch-wrapping in-house.
Can you apply labels or barcodes in Riyadh?+
Yes. We apply compliance labels and re-barcode SKUs to meet retail or regional market requirements. Where a SASO technical regulation requires an Arabic label with the importer's name and commercial registration, that label is applied before loading at origin, so plan it with your supplier. Labelling for regulated products is reviewed by our team before we quote.
What must the label on IT and telecom devices show?+
Under the SASO Technical Regulation for Communications and IT Devices (Art 5/2-5/7), Arabic is required and other languages may be added. The label shows supplier details, trademark, manufacturer, model, origin and usage warnings, a model, batch or serial identifier (on the packaging if the device is too small), the supplier contact address and the conformity marks.
Do you document the condition of goods during handling?+
Yes. Seals are photographed before opening, goods are photographed during destuffing, and every item is matched against your packing list, with any shortage or damage reported before goods move.
Can you load containers as well as unload them?+
Yes. Container destuffing and stuffing are both done on site. For outbound cargo, our export consolidation service prepares the stuffing plan and the documentation package before the container is sealed.
How do I get an estimate for handling and storage?+
Use the online warehouse quote request: tell us the product, quantity and storage period, and the team sends a written quotation. You can also reach our warehouse team on WhatsApp.
